Special Education

If you think your child is eligible for special education serves, we can guide you through initiating the process, requesting services, evaluations, eligibility meetings, placement, IEP meetings, rejecting or partially rejecting IEPs and if needed, Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA) hearings.

School Discipline

We can help you and your child through the process of any disciplinary action your child is involved with. This includes bullying investigations, short or long term suspension hearings, expulsions, superintendent appeals, manifestation determination meetings and appeals of a manifestation determination finding to the BSEA.

Title IX

We represent students, staff or professors who need help with any piece of the Title IX process, whether they have been accused or have been the victim of a sexual assault or harassment. We are also able to conduct Title IX investigations or serve on a hearing panel.
